Dick is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, and has an extensive background in audit, consulting and real estate, with such notable companies as Arthur Andersen and IBM. He specialized in strategic planning and forensic audits.
As a real estate professional, Dick leads clients in strategic planning aligning their real estate portfolios with the overall vision. He is also expert in land development.
Dick has strong ties to his community, having served two terms on the Board of Directors of the Wissahickon School District, four years working with the Wissahickon Valley Boys and Girls Club on their site selection, and four years on the Board of the Men of La Salle at La Salle College High School, where he also served one years as President. Dick is also a frequent guest speaker at Penn State University's Smeal School of Business.
Adrian is a graduate of Dickinson College, with a B.S. in Economics.
A career entrepreneur, Adrian was President and COO of BBC Biochemical Corporation, where he led strategic direction and business development, ultimately leading the company to be acquired by StatLab Medical Products.
He was also the Business Development Manager at TruClear Water Solutions, where he drove growth through strategic partnerships and expansion of the client base.
